I feel I don't need a high HP DD. There are too many factors when considering large turbos. Like you said, one would rarely be able to use that much power. I am planning on some stage one turbos, larger injectors and spend most of the money on the tranny since I have an auto. I may even stay with stock intercoolers since NOS will lower the intake temp. With a shot of gas it should be a beast on the track. But for a DD I should not have to contend with some of the problems as big turboed high HP cars have. This is just my $.02 on my budget buildup.
